There's LOTS of ways (and places) you can find your target audience ...
You can you write a blog post and optimize that blog for certain keywords that your target audience is searching for (Tyson shows you exactly how to set up a blog inside of his various training programs)
You could create a YouTube video and optimize that YouTube video for certain keywords and search phrases.
You can put it on a Facebook page and build an audience of fans who like the topics you're posting about
You can go to forums and Facebook Groups where your audience is already hanging out and share your content there
Another way to find your target audience is through keyword targeting. You just figure out what search phrases these people are typing into Google or YouTube and then you get in front of them at the moment they are searching. So if someone is typing in "XYZ product review" because they've heard of your product and they're looking for reviews before they buy, or if they're typing "how do I [INSERT PROBLEM THEY WISH TO SOLVE HER], then you can target those keyword search phrase for someone to find your content at the moment they are searching.
If you're running ads, you can target based on demographics (like age, gender, geography) as well as psychographics (like interests, behaviors, job titles, etc.)
Tyson teaches and shows more on how to implement these targeting strategies in his various programs depending on which program you enroll in and the scope of that program.
Ultimately, here's the best advise we can give you. Good targeting is really no longer just about clicking the right buttons in an ad platform. The A.I. of these ad networks has gotten so smart that as long as your messaging is dialed in, the platforms will narrow down on it's own who the ideal audience is to show it to so it's actually better to cast a wide net with your targeting in the platform, but get very narrow with who you're speaking to in the messaging and Tyson walks you through all of that specifically in his programs.
