If you're having problems with a card currently on file or if your bank declined a recent transaction, you may have gotten an email from us asking you to update the card on file.
There are two possible solutions to this problem ...
- If you know the card is valid and has enough funds to cover the transaction, it could just be a precautionary fraud prevention measure by your bank (I don't know if you've noticed, but banks are a little touchy these days). If that's the case, you can call the number on the back of your card and let them know that charges from "Tyson Zahner" and/or "Z-Media, Inc." are approved by you. Then simply send us a message to let us know and we'll run your card again.
- If your card is expired or you just want to put a different card on file, see if there's a link in the email to update your payment method. If there is not, please send us an email at support@JoinTyson.com after you've completed one of the two tasks above. Your product will be "unlocked" immediately after the payment goes through successfully.
