If you recently purchased a product from us, and you have not yet received your login credentials (username and password), this article will help.
(If you already have your username and password, but you're having trouble getting logged in, you may want to check out this article instead.)
You should have received an email with your log-in credentials within less than 10 minutes after your order was successfully completed.
The email would have been sent to the same email address that you used when filling out the order form.
If you cannot find the email with your username and password, follow these 3 steps:
- Check your spam and/or promotions folder
- Visit our members' area at this link (it will either be this website or this website depending on which product you purchased and when) and enter your email address (the same one you used when purchasing) into the "Forgot Your Password?" box. An email will be sent with either your password or a reset link.
- If you still cannot find the email, please send a support ticket to Support@JoinTyson.com and be sure to tell us what email address you used when purchasing so we can look up your account and send your log-in credentials to you.
