If you're trying to attend one of our masterclasses (aka web classes) and cannot get anything on your screen or if the webinar won't play or the audio or video suddenly drops out ...
or if you're getting a message that says something to the effect of "this media is not supported by your browser" ...
There are a few things you can do to try and fix this.
(it's recommended that you try each of these suggestions in the following order ... since they go from easiest and least time consuming to more complex solutions further down the list)
- Try refreshing/reloading the page. This can sometimes fix the problem right away.
- Try a different web browser or a different device altogether. Android users in particular seem to have compatibility issues with our webinar software so if you're on a mobile device, you may want to try switching over to a computer
- Check Your Browser's Privacy Settings. Our webinar software operates using both Javascript and cookies on your system. If you have either of these blocked, the application may not load. For example, in Google Chrome, you can check this setting by going to the far right for the three bars (or three dots). On the drop down menu select Settings. Then scroll down to the bottom to "Show advanced settings". Look for the privacy section. Then click the box for Content Settings and a popup will appear. If the box "Block third party cookies and site data" is checked, uncheck it before you attempt to run a webinar. Our webinar software will not work if you don't accept cookies.
